We all know how popular the finance industry is, how hard it is to get in and how harsh the industry is. The question is, how do you fare in the rat race? Will you fall out of the competition, or will you thrive?

SpringBoard Program has invited some senior bankers (who has hired and fired before) to share with you about what a newcomer needs to do to stay afloat and make his/her mark.

If you are in the early stages of your finance career, or are ready to work for your future in finance, we look forward to an engaging session with you there.

SpringBoard Program is glad to co-host the event with the Banking and Finance Interest Group (BFIG) of Singapore Management University.
