The Race Dinner:
- The gourmet buffet dinner will be held from 7pm to 9.30pm.
- Free flow of G.H. Mumm champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks will continue until 10pm. Any other beverages may be purchased from the bar.
- Dinner guests will be asked to vacate their tables at 9.45pm so that they may be turned around for table reservations for The Podium Lounge party; but dinner guests are welcome to stay on for the party after 10 pm without additional charge. Should you wish to book a table for 4 or for 8 from 10pm please do so via the ticketing options above.
- Tickets for the dinner purchased together on the same credit card will be automatically seated together. Due table configurations, guests of 2,3 & 4 together may be seated at a table for 8 with other guests.
- The minimum number of dinner tickets that may be purchased in any one transaction is 2.
- The Practice & Qualifying Session as well as the Singapore GP race will be televised on giant projector screen(s) during the dinner, however there will be no commentary.
- Please bring with you a printed copy of your E-Ticket and identification for admission.
- Guests must be aged 21yrs old and over.
The Podium Lounge:
- Party admission will commence at 10pm and access will be restricted after 2am.
- Guests have the choice to purchase either a general admission pass or a general admission pass that includes a bottle of G.H. Mumm Champagne, which will be presented to you on arrival, together with an ice bucket and champagne flutes. Should, for example, you wish to purchase 1 general admission pass and 1 general admission pass including a bottle of G.H. Mumm Champagne under the same credit card transaction for 2 guests, you may of course do so.
- Please bring with you a printed copy of your E-Ticket and identification for admission
- Guests must be aged 21yrs old and over.
Table Bookings (for the party):
- Tables for 4 include 2 bottles of G.H. Mumm Champagne and 1 bottle of spirits (scotch, rum, vodka, tequila)
- Tables for 8 include 4 bottles of G.H. Mumm Champagne and 2 bottles of spirits (scotch, rum, vodka, tequila)
- Table reservations for 4 and for 8 include general admission to the Podium Lounge after 10pm for 4 and 8 persons respectively
- On arrival to your table, your waitress will enquire which type of spirit(s) and mixers you wish to have.
- Should you be a group of 5 or 6 or more than 8, please ensure you purchase general admission passes for your remaining guests accordingly
- Please bring with you a printed copy of your E-Ticket (or reference number) and/or identification.
- Guests must be aged 21yrs old and over.

Access to The Podium Lounge:
- Guests are strongly encouraged to take public transportation to The Ritz-Carlton Millenia
- Access to the underground parking beneath The Ritz-Carlton Millenia is via the Centennial Tower parking entrance. Guests will not require a decal to access the parking. Please follow signage directing to The Ritz-Carlton Millenia once entering the garage.
- The Ritz-Carlton Millenia will operate a valet parking service

- Swimming is strictly prohibited during the event.
- Earplugs will be available on request for guests - due to the proximity of the venue to the F1 track
- DJs will be playing a combination of groovy house tunes and chill out music and will not accept any song requests
