With yet another exclusive performance with the LiveWire Sessions, Brooklyn electro-pop duo French Horn Rebellion will be burning up the dance floor with their bold and brilliant combination of sexy synth-pop and classical virtuoso funk.
The Wiscousin brothers are bringing the party to The Velvet Underground, Zouk for a one-night-only exclusive performance on 31st March 201. They sure look set to cause some serious ripples and transcend their MGMT pigeonhole with sheer auditory playfulness and equally audacious live shows in tow; French Horn Rebellion is definitely an act not to miss.
For brothers Robert and David Perlick-Molinari aka French Horn Rebellion, since the release of their debut single 'Up All Night' they've been swept along by a flurry of accoulades from radio, press and bloggers alike, including a Record of the Week from BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw, a highly prestigious opening slot in French label Kitsuné's Kitsuné Maison 8 Compilation as well as the coveted Single of the Week slot in French music bible Les Inrockuptibles who described the band's sound as the 'euphoric soundtrack to 2010'.
Over the past three years, they have pressed three EPs of excellent electro-pop, collaborated with cutting-edge acts like Hot Chip, Sleigh Bells and Cut Copy, produced MGMT’s Time to Pretend EP, and worked their remix muscle on tracks for Two Door Cinema Club and MEN. Now adding to that respectable CV is the bros’ upcoming debut album, The Infinite Music of French Horn Rebellion, of which “This Moment” has been causing quite the fuss.
